A place of true peace

A true place of peace and relaxation is the Backyard Preserve behind the recreation center. The trails are very peaceful and anyone could lose their troubles in just one walk. The feeling of fresh air and nature clears one’s mind and relieves anxiety. One can feel at peace in the presence of the plants and animals and the beautiful nature. While the body is enjoying a leisurely walk through the woods, the mind is free to take in harmony and release stresses and worries.
